BICO (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a locally registered eye health charitable Non-Governmental Organization based in Blantyre, Malawi, operating the website bicomalawi.org. When you use our Contact Us form: We collect your name, email address, subject, and any message you choose to send. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
When you make a donation: Our donation form is powered by GiveWP with PayChangu as the payment processor. We collect your name and email address to send you a donation confirmation and receipt. Payment information (card or mobile money details) is processed directly by PayChangu; we do not have access to your full payment details during this process. If you sign up for our newsletter or mailing list: If we use ActiveCampaign for email communications, and you subscribe or provide your email for this purpose, your email address (and any other details you provide) is stored in ActiveCampaign to send you updates about our work. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
